Shopdynamic™

While Shopdynamic™ allows you to set everything up yourself and run imports from csv files provided by other CRMs, we know exactly how busy business owners are! That is why we do offer setup assistance. Think of it as temporarily hiring a tech guy that will help you set up your instance or migrate from another CRM.

We have three simple options to choose from. If you have time to do some of the setup/migration yourself, go with the Basic option. If you’re somewhere in the middle and just want an extra hand, go with the Standard option. If you have zero time to be messing around, go with the Autopilot option. 

Basic includes:

• 1 initial meeting to discuss needs with shop owner.

• Assistance with setup per needs discussed.

• 1 overview meeting to discuss operation and features of Shopdynamic™.

Standard includes:

• Everything in Basic.

• Migrate customers only from previous CRM.

Autopilot includes:

• You provide us with the old CRM information or login, we set it all up for you.

• 1 overview meeting for operation instructions and usage walkthrough.

• Migrate customers + past invoices from previous CRM.

  • Important note: Other CRMs have fields that aren’t used in Shopdynamic™. For customers, these fields will be added to the customer’s detail page. For past invoices, the unused fields are discarded.
