Customer Engagement and SMS Text Messaging Terms
Dynamical Web Solutions LLC operates a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables independent merchants to send automated notifications and communications to their end-users. By opting in to receive text messages from a merchant utilizing our platform, you agree to the following SMS Terms and Conditions:
Program Description: Messages sent through our platform on behalf of participating merchants are intended to provide you with automated appointment updates, date/time confirmations, reminders, payment links, invoices, receipts, and Google review requests related to the services you have booked or requested.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies and depends entirely on your appointment activity, scheduling requests, and transactions with the specific merchant.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from the merchant via our platform, or messages you send back. Please contact your wireless provider for details regarding your text messaging plan and charges.
Opt-Out (Cancellation): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages, text STOP in reply to any message you receive. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a single confirmation SMS message to verify that you have been unsubscribed. Following this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that specific merchant unless you explicitly opt back in.

Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are independent entities and are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
